I had a plumber come by to check out why our tub wasn’t draining properly. He came by and spent 7min checking out the drain and ended up telling me that I needed to replace my entire tub/shower and it could cost anywhere from $2,000 to $20,000.
That’s when I called Jerry and his team. They came on short notice, were completely professional and informed about how to solve the problem. After asking the right questions, taking their time to properly snake the drain to make sure the job was done right - my clogged drain was fixed and my wallet was happy.
I’ll be calling Jerry again first next time if we ever need a plumber.

Wow! The service that Jerry provided was top-notch! He definitely deserves more than five stars. So, we just moved into our home about two weeks ago and found that our kitchen sink needed some work--the water filter was leaking and we had no hot water. I found this company through Yelp, messaged them the morning I found the leak, and Jerry responded within the hour. I had contacted about 6 other companies, but Jerry was the first and fastest to respond. He and another gentleman came out around noon that same day and found the cause for the leak--the gasket from the water filter was faulty. Since he didn't do any initial work, Jerry didn't charge us but said that when we get a new water filter or decide to cap it, that he would come out and fix that right away.
Fast forward a few days later, we decided to cap the water filter line and to fix the no-hot-water problem, which was caused by calcium build up in the actual line since the house had been vacant for a year or so, we bought a new faucet. We also discovered the day before that the garbage disposal was broken.
After having purchased a new faucet and a new garbage disposal, I contacted Jerry again and he, again, responded very quickly regarding a time that he could come out and fix everything.
His prices are very reasonable and his work was fast and very good. Everything under the sink was clean and he made sure we saw that all new parts were in working condition. He took all the old parts and materials and offered to recycle it all for us.
But that same day, I realized I accidentally gave the faulty water filter to him as well to recycle. And since it was faulty, we wanted to return it to the manufacturer. I contacted Jerry about meeting up with him to get the water filter, and he agreed. However, this morning, he contacted me and said that he would be by our home to drop it off! OMG! Seriously?! Best service ever. With a one-year-old and two dogs, getting out of the house is not as easy as it used to be. And Jerry just made my day soooooo much easier.
From the very beginning of contacting him to this morning with him dropping off the water filter to our home, Jerry has really gone above and beyond with his service. There is no doubt that, if we need something plumbing-wise fixed again, we will be contacting him.

Excellent professional curious plumbing services provided by Jerry the owner of Pro Solutions Plumbing! Highly recommend him!!! Requested a estimate and Jerry the owner gave me one and was available to come out and do the job about an hour later. He saved the day and an answer to my prayer for a professional plumbing service replacement! In addition Jerry provided a 2 year warrenty in the installation of the water heater and took care of all necessary details, including recommendations on where to purchase materials and what was needed. I called "Pro Solutions Pluming and Rooter" because I had a water leak on the second floor of my house. Jerardo responded and fixed the leaking toilet. Not only did he fix the issue, but he checked my water pressure. It turns out that my water pressure was over 95 psi!!! Jerardo told me the water pressure should not exceed 60 psi. He set my pressure regulator to 60 psi. However, a few minutes later, the pressure went up to 85 psi. It turns out that I had a bad pressure regulator. Jerardo replaced my pressure regulator that same day.
I later found out that high water pressure can damage your appliances. Thank God Jerardo found the problem and fixed it before I had any major issues. Jerardo was very professional and provided me with excellent service. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pro Solutions to anyone. I will continue to use them in the future.

A+++++! My husband had tried to replace & install a faucet in our kitchen, to find out that the U plate would not turn or budge, as it was also behind the basin. So, he ended up calling Jerry from Yelp, and good thing he did! Jerry had to do some extensive work, not including just the install. We also had bought the wrong faucet, and had to have him come back the day after, so that we'll have the correct faucet for him to install. In the end, he didn't charge us extra for the next day visit, and everything works and looks great! His price & friendly, professional service beats the few others I've called previously.
